Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of technicians in their daily activities, ensuring high levels of morale and focus.
  • Work closely with the Workshop Controller and CSR's to ensure technicians have solid job specifications and time budgets prior to work commencing.
  • Manage customer expectations at all times by working with each stage of the Genuine Volvo Service process.
  • Maximise shift performance through effective problem-solving, coaching, and development.
