Job Title: Sales Manager for European Markets

International Game Technology (IGT) is a leading provider of gaming solutions, and we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager for European Markets to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, selling, and onboarding new customers in Europe, ensuring a coordinated approach with our Compliance, Product, Account Management, Legal, and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Closing all European sales opportunities and growing a relevant pipeline for new opportunities
  • Growing new business through attending trade shows, conferences, and industry research
  • Aligning with IGT's land-based and lottery sales teams to identify new customer opportunities
  • Establishing and cultivating key relationships within the gaming industry to anticipate potential opportunities
  • Applying the business sales strategy to ensure revenue growth through new clients, focusing on increasing the speed of opportunities through the sales funnel and selling the entire PlayCasino portfolio, including proprietary content and aggregation
  • Supporting the overall sales and business development efforts, providing the correct information required to maximize coverage across all potential avenues of distribution
  • Maintaining intelligence on industry activity, partnerships, regulation, and key business trends and opportunities
  • Working with Marketing and product experts on sales collateral, marketing, and positioning strategy
  • Reporting of closed deals, sales pipeline, and revenue forecast to the reporting manager
  • Documenting and recording of opportunities and related activities in company CRM tools
Requirements:
  • Experience within and passion for the online gaming industry
  • International travel to trade shows, conferences, and customers within Europe, as and when required
  • A passion for games and ancillary products
  • Experienced and competent in negotiation, presenting to internal and external clients, and drafting proposals and business cases
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships across levels and functions, while working independently
  • Excellent communication skills in English and in at least one additional European language
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
