The Role

We are seeking a meticulous and pragmatic Financial Analyst to join our Finance department. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to streamline and maximize efficiency within a finance function.

This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with our Finance Director and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building ad hoc financial reports for stakeholders and providing actionable insights from said reports.
  • Supporting the wider business by regularly triaging data and providing KPI reports.
  • Providing support for the Finance department to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Ensuring accountability for business-wide processes and maintaining and enhancing data standards where possible.
  • Core revenue experience - understanding income lines and identifying opportunities for maximizing revenue and growth.
Key Skills/Experience
  • Data analysis experience.
  • Advanced Excel experience required.
  • CRM experience preferred.
  • Meticulous with the ability to deliver under time constraints.
  • Initiative - challenging the norm.
