About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Medical Law Service Manager to join our team at Fletchers Group Solicitors. As a key member of our Medical Law Service, you will play a vital role in leading our clinical nurse pagination teams to deliver high-quality products to our customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the Senior Nurses and their respective teams to ensure team performance against KPIs and product delivery SLAs.
  • Ensure that the teams/department meet their financial objectives.
  • Manage the team using relevant management information.
  • Review, analyse and report on team performance to the Head of Department and Director of MLS.
  • Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation.
  • Ensure that the nurse team remains compliant with established operational regulations.
  • Work with the QA Coordinator to ensure quality of the pagination products completed within the team.
  • Highlight and deliver training and assist in development needed of the nurse analysts.
  • Support and work closely with the Head of Department, Operations Manager and Director of MLS to evaluate the efficiency of pagination processes and improve in line with organisational objectives.
Requirements
  • Extensive medical legal experience and knowledge of the healthcare sector.
  • Experience of medical records handling and analysis.
  • Highly motivated, organised and proactive with precise and high-level attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience of leading and managing teams effectively.
  • Successful project delivery.
  • Proven successful track record of understanding business requirements and the key performance MI required to support ongoing business improvement & business continuity.
  • Ability to work with and influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office package, including advanced level knowledge of Excel.
