Service Manager

As a Service Manager at Revolving Doors Housing Trust, you will play a key role in empowering residents to achieve positive life changes. You will work closely with the Registered Manager to provide high-quality support, promoting residents' independence and helping them lead sustainable lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and executing personalized support plans for residents with complex challenges, including mental health issues.
- Working with external agencies, tracking progress, and ensuring top-quality service delivery.
- Maintaining accurate records, ensuring seamless communication with support workers and management, and providing weekly updates on resident progress.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years' experience in a service management role.
- Experience in drug and alcohol abuse, homelessness, and mental health.
- Strong understanding of risk management, information sharing, and data security.
- Commitment to equal opportunities and diversity; ability to promote fair treatment of colleagues and clients.
