Coyle Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Survey Lead to join our team. As a Survey Lead, you will be responsible for managing and mitigating risks associated with pre and post construction condition surveys, as well as associated construction works.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all construction-related surveys, including defect surveys and settlement deeds.
- Implement the settlement deeds process in accordance with the implementation manual and project requirements.
- Use the SRM correctly for the management of all settlement deed activities, recording contact details and correspondence, and monitoring compliance with time limits and constraints.
- Ensure deed letters are signed by the contractor's representative.
- Assist in identifying eligible property owners impacted by authorized works.
- Manage survey data, including construction progress, graphical and tabular output, and data presentation.
- Coordinate the uploading and downloading of information to and from the company database.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of construction surveys and settlement deeds.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using SRM and other relevant software.
