About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Survey Coordinator to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a Survey Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing survey requests from inception to completion, providing crucial support to field surveyors and team managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage enquiries and requests for site surveys using our CRM platform (Salesforce)
  • Utilize existing site plans, photos, and 3D building surveys to facilitate desktop surveys, minimizing unnecessary field visits
  • Provide clear scope to design engineers based on site specifics captured from library data, ensuring accurate and efficient design and pricing processes
  • Schedule survey visits for field surveyors, optimizing travel routes and maximizing efficiency

Requirements

  • Customer-focused with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Demonstrated ambition and eagerness to learn
  • Experience in the fire & security industry
  • Excellent telephone manner for effective communication
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in spoken and written English
  • IT literacy
