About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operator/Team Lead to join our client's successful team in Wimbledon. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse, including receiving and storing stock, managing inventory, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and storing stock, including frozen and chilled products
  • Managing inventory levels and conducting regular stock checks
  • Maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring all products are stored and handled correctly
  • Operating warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Preparing orders for dispatch and ensuring all products are accurately packed and labeled
  • Ensuring health and safety policies and procedures are followed at all times
Requirements
  • Experience in a warehouse environment, preferably with experience in frozen and chilled storage
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment
