As a Professional Risks Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting and managing your team to achieve the required renewals and new business results while adhering to company procedures and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support your team to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure all monies are collected and allocated appropriately
  • Audit staff and provide feedback
  • Complete training and development as required
  • Log all training and development on the Continuous Professional Development Plan (CPD)

Requirements:

  • Good working knowledge of Professional Risks Insurances
  • Experience in either Broking or Underwriting or both with PI and/or Financial Lines Insurances
  • Strong planning and organization skills to meet deadlines
