We are thrilled to present a unique opportunity for a Medication Management Specialist to become a vital part of our Primary Care team.
Work Environment
This role is situated within a secure facility, where you will be part of a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional healthcare services.
Working Hours
Expect a blend of day shifts (9 and 12 hours) along with weekend duties, organized on a rotational basis.
Compensation
This is a full-time position offering an annual salary of up to £30,660, commensurate with experience.

As a Medication Management Specialist, your duties will encompass:

Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualifications
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
- Current knowledge of Continual Professional Development (CPD)
- Relevant post-qualification experience in pharmacy
- General GCSE education or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
