Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Managing incoming calls, responding to emails, assessing and addressing customer needs to ensure satisfaction, proactively engaging customers, overseeing stock purchases, handling general operations at the point of sale, collaborating with team members, and keeping customers informed. Proficiency in IT would be beneficial.
Warehouse Operations:
Responsibilities include picking, packing, receiving shipments, conducting inventory counts, managing shipping processes, and general warehouse duties. A forklift license is advantageous but can be acquired on the job.
