About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with customers through empathetic and personalized interactions, ensuring a positive experience that meets their needs and expectations.
  • Converse with customers in a clear and concise manner, providing helpful solutions and products that align with their requirements.
  • Adhere to the bank's policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to sell and cross-sell products that meet customer needs, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Optimize customer interactions to migrate or convert customers to digital channels, reducing costs and improving efficiency.
  • Ensure all activities support cost containment and reduction, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Comply with all relevant business guidelines and procedures, understanding the risks associated with decisions and taking accountability for own performance.
  • Fulfill transactions above benchmark levels, providing an exceptional customer experience and driving business growth.
  • Demonstrate behavior that supports the bank's organizational values, including a commitment to excellence, integrity, and teamwork.
  • Takes ownership of personal and career development, completing training specific to the role and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the team.
