As a Senior Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert nursing care to patients with palliative needs
  • Conducting assessments and developing care plans to meet individual patient needs
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
  • Providing education and support to patients and their families
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current NMC registration with an active PIN
  • Experience in community nursing, preferably in palliative care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
