Cleaning Supervisor

Atlas Workplace Services is seeking an experienced and reliable commercial/office Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in London. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing effective delivery and supervision of site-based cleaning operations to the standards expected by Salisbury and our client.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all areas of the site, including dusting/cleaning of all office surfaces, reception areas, and meeting rooms.
- Clean the office kitchen area, microwaves, refrigerators, and vacuum all carpeted areas.
- Mop all hard floor surfaces and wash all crockery and utensils, including the filling and emptying of the dishwasher.
- Spot clean any stains on the carpet and ensure the cleaning cupboard remains clean and tidy.
- Ensure all members of the on-site cleaning team work safely in accordance with QSHE guidelines and COSHH policy.
- Monitor stock of products and condition of equipment and inform your Line Manager/Supervisor of any products/equipment that requires replenishing/replacing.
- Inform your Line Manager/Supervisor of any defects noticed on site.
- Ensure that all work is carried out safely in accordance with Company and Governmental policy.
- Observe all Client and company statutory fire and health and safety regulations.
- Accompany Salisbury Management and Client on Monthly Cleaning Audits to ensure that standards are achieved.
We are looking for an experienced and reliable individual with a proven record in a similar role. You should have a basic knowledge of the use, handling, and storage of cleaning chemicals and Material Safety Data Sheets.
Client and Customer Relationships- Work in the best interests of the Client and customers at all times, forming positive relationships based upon trust, openness, and honesty.
- Promote a professional, corporate, and positive image, be helpful and courteous at all times.
- Operate within agreed operational and/or management guidelines.
- Work within the limits of the Salisbury Corporate Governance.
- Freedom to escalate any H&S issues to Salisbury/Mapeley level in the event of serious concerns and to liaise with Salisbury's Head of Health & Safety.
