At ecoSense Cleaning, we are seeking a highly skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in London and the South East. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our cleaning teams and ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness are maintained across all our sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cleaning teams to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor cleaning standards and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and rotas to ensure optimal resource allocation
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise
  • Provide training and support to cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good understanding of health and safety procedures and protocols
  • Valid driving license and ability to drive a company vehicle
