Manufacturing Test Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Test Engineer to join our team at GE Aviation. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of high-voltage direct current (HVDC) product testing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test Equipment Implementation: Implement and maintain test equipment to ensure efficient and effective testing of HVDC products.
- Process Optimization: Continuously improve test processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of test equipment and processes.
- Technical Expertise: Develop and maintain technical expertise in HVDC product testing, including knowledge of automated test equipment and software.
- Documentation and Training: Create and maintain accurate documentation, including work instructions, risk assessments, and operator training materials.
- Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to test equipment and processes.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing test environment, with a strong background in HVDC product testing.
- Skills: Proficiency in automated test equipment, software, and programming languages; excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
