Job Description

Deputy Head of Training

At Zachary Daniels, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Head of Training to join our team. As a key member of our training department, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing training programs that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our business
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop solutions
  • Design and implement training evaluations to measure program effectiveness
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to training staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a retail or service industry
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Shift Patterns:
