Shift Patterns: Enjoy a 3 or 4-day workweek with every other weekend off, covering shifts between 4:30 am and 10 pm
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Head of Training to join our team at Zachary Daniels. As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs to meet the needs of our employees and the company
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training plans
- Conduct training needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to improve their performance and career development
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development
Requirements:
- Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a retail or service industry
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
