About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Trainer to join our team at Elekta AB. As a Technical Trainer, you will play a critical role in delivering technical training to our customers, ensuring they have the necessary skills to effectively use our products.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for field service engineers, including hands-on training and assessment.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain training materials, including course documentation and assessment specifications.
  3. Conduct training needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training solutions.
  4. Provide expert technical knowledge transfer to students, ensuring they have a deep understanding of our products and systems.
  5. Participate in the development of curriculum and training programs, ensuring they align with Elekta's product development and customer needs.
  6. Assist in the maintenance of training facilities and equipment, ensuring they are up-to-date and functional.
  7. Develop and manage training documentation, including training guides and assessment specifications.
  8. Embed Elekta Values and quality systems into all department functions and responsibilities.
  9. Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching/mentoring skills.
  10. Ability to adapt to change or challenges presented by trainees and cultural differences.
  11. Proven computing skills, competent in the use of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
