Job Summary
We're seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to lead our team and contribute to the success of our pub. As an Assistant Manager, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing a team, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Manage day-to-day operations, including inventory management and staff scheduling
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Train and develop staff to ensure they have the knowledge and skills needed to deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability
