About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Edinburgh Fitness and Wellbeing Centre. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our club, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage our team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality standards
  • Conduct tours for prospective new members, showcasing the benefits of our club and driving sales growth
  • Oversee health and safety, ensuring a safe and secure environment for our members and staff
  • Collaborate with our sales team to achieve sales targets and grow our membership base
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
