About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant and bar, providing exceptional hospitality services to our guests, and maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare the restaurant and bar for service, ensuring all areas are clean and well-presented.
- Manage the front-of-house team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Upsell and promote hotel services and amenities to guests.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of presentation, quality, and cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant and bar.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
- Manage guest complaints and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work well under pressure, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices.
