About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Workplace Specialist to join our team at Portas Consulting. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the use of productivity and digital tools within our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement information architecture, storage, retention, and site building solutions to meet our digital workplace vision.
  • Provide technical support to colleagues facing issues with digital workplace tools, including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Explore and evaluate potential solutions that align with our digital workplace strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish best practices for data governance, compliance, and security.
  • Develop an overall governance structure for our intranet and SharePoint platform.
Training and Communication
  • Conduct training sessions for users to ensure they are proficient in using our digital tools.
  • Create user guidance and communication materials across various media channels, including intranet pages, news items, videos, and live training sessions.
Requirements
  • At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar technical support or digital workplace role.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Technology.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Familiarity with data governance and security best practices.
