Join our team of experts at Portas Consulting, a leading strategy consulting firm dedicated to the sport industry, as a Digital Workplace Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the use of productivity and digital tools within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement information architecture, storage, retention, and site building solutions that align with our digital workplace vision.
- Provide technical support to colleagues facing issues with digital workplace tools, including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Explore and evaluate potential solutions that meet our digital workplace needs.
- Develop and maintain an overall governance structure for intranet and SharePoint.
- Conduct training sessions for users on digital workplace tools and best practices.
- Create user guidance and communication materials across various media channels.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in a similar technical support or digital workplace role.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Technology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Familiarity with data governance and security best practices.
