About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Accountant to join our team at Hillcrest Estate Management. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing expert accounting services to our clients, ensuring compliance with industry legislation and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage service charge accounts, including statutory accounts and HMRC documentation.
  • Meet performance KPIs and targets set by the company.
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including property owners and clients.
  • Handle financial integration of new sites and ensure timely delivery of agreed reporting requirements.
  • Resolve queries and liaise with third parties, including property owners and clients.
Requirements
  • Possess (or part-qualified) a professional Accountancy qualification (AAT/ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent).
  • Have 2 years' experience within an accountancy/financial environment, which may include experience gained within a professional accounting practice.
  • Sound book-keeping knowledge and understanding of accounting principles.
  • Be client-focused, flexible, organized, self-motivated, and able to work to tight deadlines.
