Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow new clients and opportunities.

  • Department management and staff development, ensuring employee performance and delivery.
Requirements:
  • ACCA/ACA or CA qualified.
  • Significant practice experience to Client Manager level.
  • Line management experience, including recruitment, appraisal, and performance management.
  • Demonstrable history of career progression in accountancy practice.
  • Technical proficiency in all areas of accountancy and audit.
  • Entrepreneurial and can-do attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
