Position Summary:
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing client accounts, ensuring their requirements are addressed efficiently and accurately.

Your responsibilities will range from gathering project details and generating quotes to processing orders and managing financial transactions, making your contributions vital to our operations.


Key Duties:
Serve as the main liaison for clients, managing accounts from initial brief to final delivery.
Process customer orders, coordinate with suppliers, and supervise delivery and installation.
Handle financial responsibilities, including generating client invoices and approving supplier invoices.
Provide precise month-end reporting for your projects and identify potential sales leads.
Assist your team by covering for colleagues during their absence and performing general office tasks.

Qualifications:
Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal, with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction.
Capability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively, even in high-pressure situations.
A collaborative team member who can also work independently.
Proficiency in Excel and Word, with a solid understanding of financial operations.
A background in the print industry is beneficial.

What We Offer:
Attractive starting salary of £26k.
Standard working hours from 09:00 to 17:30 with a 1-hour lunch break.
