Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice and guidance on health and safety matters to senior managers, staff, and contractors.
- Develop and implement effective health and safety policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with UK health and safety legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments, investigations, and audits to identify and mitigate potential health and safety risks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement safety management systems, including incident reporting and investigation procedures.
- Provide training and coaching to staff on health and safety best practices and procedures.
