Aston Charles is seeking a seasoned Liability Claims Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our claims team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Liability Claims Handlers, each dealing with a varied caseload including predominantly Public and Employers' Liability losses.
Your managerial duties will include training, development and coaching, allocating workloads, acting as an escalation point for complaints, and file/audit checking to ensure compliance. Additionally, you will handle your own caseload of higher value and complex claims.
As a Liability Claims Team Leader, you will be an expert on all things Liability claims. You must also have solid managerial skills and the ability to foster a friendly and supportive environment where a fully remote-based team enjoys working towards shared goals and objectives.
This is a 100% home-based role, where you will be provided with all the tools needed to succeed, including a top-of-the-range Apple MacBook with additional screens, and benefiting from a friendly and supportive team environment.
