Job Summary
We are looking for a talented individual to assist our experienced paralegals in providing high-quality legal services to our clients. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate and finance law and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents and contracts
- Conduct research and analysis on corporate and finance law
- Provide administrative support to the paralegal team
- Develop and maintain knowledge of corporate and finance law
Requirements
- Law degree or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in a paralegal role, preferably in a corporate or finance law firm
- Strong understanding of corporate and finance law
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
