About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Activities Team Leader to join our dynamic team at Colten Care. As a key member of our care home team, you will play a vital role in creating a fulfilling life for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a supportive team of Activity Coordinators, ensuring effective rotas, work allocation, and team budget management.
  • Develop and implement engaging activities, promoting resident wellbeing and a sense of community.
  • Support the organisation of fundraising, gala, and themed care home events.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless integration of activities into daily life.
