About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team of Health Care Assistants at Newstone House in Sturminster Newton, Dorset. As a Health Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Assist with meal times, including serving and feeding residents
- Participate in care planning and implementation
- Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment
