About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team of Health Care Assistants at Newstone House in Sturminster Newton, Dorset.

As a Health Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Assist with medication administration and record keeping.
  • Support residents with their daily activities, such as eating, drinking, and mobility.
  • Contribute to a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control policies.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
