Role Responsibilities:
As a Sales and Accounts Coordinator, you will:
+ Serve as a key point of contact for team members, ensuring effective communication and timely information sharing.
+ Collaborate closely with the sales team to manage customer vehicle orders, ensuring they meet specific requirements.
+ Handle pre-delivery tasks such as vehicle registration and documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
+ Provide administrative support to the sales team, keeping them updated on order statuses and any potential issues.
+ Coordinate with various departments, including after-sales, to ensure accurate invoicing and record-keeping.
+ Maintain comprehensive records for new, used, and fleet sales.
+ Contribute to financial reporting and customer relationship management.
+ Assist with certain accounting functions as needed.
