Gilbert Meher is seeking an experienced and motivated Peripatetic Home Manager to join their dedicated team and support 12 Care Homes across the Highlands and Aberdeenshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and coach staff to deliver high-quality care in alignment with the company's values.
- Oversee project management and drive quality improvement initiatives.
- Step in as a registered manager when needed.
- Support the development of staff to achieve high performance reflecting Care Inspectorate Grades.
Requirements:
- NMC Registered Nurse.
- SVQ 4 Leadership and Management in Care Award or willingness to work towards it.
- Extensive experience in the care industry, particularly with elderly and dementia residents, and a proven track record of delivering quality standards.
- Strong motivation to engage and empower staff.
