About the Role

Your new company is a leading insurance law firm with a strong presence nationwide. They are seeking an experienced Catastrophic Loss Solicitor with 1-6 years PQE to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a challenging caseload of multi-track EL/PL files valued up to £1,000,000
  • Assist team members on complex, high-value personal injury claims
  • Draft pleadings and witness statements, instruct counsel/experts, and attend conferences and trials
  • Mentor junior team members on fast-track claims
Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive with 1-6 years PQE
  • Previous experience handling own caseload of defendant multi-track personal injury cases
  • Experience working within a large loss team
  • Excellent soft skills and strong academics
