Your New Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive to join a reputable insurance law firm as a Catastrophic Loss Lawyer. The firm is looking for individuals with 0-5 years PQE to join their complex injury team, working on high-value, complex catastrophic personal injury cases valued in excess of £100,000.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist partners on high-value, complex catastrophic personal injury cases
  • Work closely with international insurer clients, providing regular updates
  • Previous experience of multi-track personal injury or catastrophic injury cases is essential
  • Experience of indemnity, liability, and quantum is essential
Requirements
  • Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with 0-5 years PQE
  • Applicants from defendant backgrounds are preferable, but strong claimant applicants may also be considered
