About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Catastrophic Loss Solicitor to join our team. As a key member of our large loss team, you will handle a challenging caseload of multi-track EL/PL files valued up to £1,000,000.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle your own caseload of defendant multi-track personal injury cases
  • Assist team members on complex, high-value personal injury claims
  • Draft pleadings and witness statements
  • Instruct counsel/experts and attend conferences and trials
  • Mentor junior team members on fast-track claims
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be a qualified Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive with 1-6 years PQE. Previous experience handling your own caseload of defendant multi-track personal injury cases is essential.
