About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Dental Receptionist to join our team at Portman Dental Care. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our dental practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient appointments, schedules, and records with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Process patient payments, handle billing and insurance claims, and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and mail distribution
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care
About You
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with previous front-of-house experience, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
