Sales Administration Coordinator

Role Summary: Provide essential support to the Managing Director in the management of a dynamic sales office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients and vendors to facilitate smooth communication.
- Handle sales inquiries from initiation through to order fulfillment, delivery, and invoicing.
- Manage supplier orders, ensuring accurate receipt of goods and processing of invoices.
- Oversee the processing of payments received from customers and those made to suppliers.
- Verify and maintain staff time records for accuracy.
- Collaborate with our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) provider, managing their online platform effectively.
- Ensure meticulous filing of documents to maintain organization.
- Uphold a clean and orderly office environment.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our sales processes and maintaining strong relationships with our stakeholders.
