Key Responsibilities:- Proactively convert immediate opportunities and identify, develop, and secure new strategic business within the local market.
- Nurture strong, professional, and credible working relationships with the customer base.
- Exceed sales targets and leverage existing national agreements to drive business growth.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to win new business and expand existing customer relationships.
- Expertise in pipeline development and conversion, with a strong understanding of the security industry.
- Experience working with major contractors, particularly Tier 1, 2, and 3.
- Knowledge of security products, including protection systems, fencing, barriers, temporary lighting, plant, generators, portacabins, access equipment, scaffolding, toilets, work platforms, modular buildings, CCTV systems, and waste management.
- Highly motivated, bright, and energetic personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Salary up to £50,000 per annum, plus car allowance and realistic OTE of £90,000 in year 1.
