Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage material costs and ensure adherence to proper processes and procedures.
  • Guarantee excellent service delivery by overseeing work scheduling and adhering to company protocols, standards, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Lead, mentor, and support your team's development while determining optimal staffing levels to meet service demands.
  • Oversee the repairs teams to consistently meet performance targets.
  • Maintain work quality through inspections, review of inspection reports, analysis of key performance indicators, and evaluation of customer satisfaction surveys.
Requirements:
  • SSSTS certification.
  • Experience as a supervisor within disrepairs.
  • Social housing experience.
  • Full UK driver's license.
