Position Overview

Are you a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a strong interest in healthcare management? The Welby Group invites you to consider the role of Healthcare Operations Coordinator, where you will be instrumental in assisting our Practice Manager in the effective administration of our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Practice Manager in executing various administrative functions to ensure the smooth operation of the practice.
  • Coordinate staff schedules and clinic appointments, ensuring optimal staffing and workflow efficiency.
  • Address patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and promptness.
  • Prepare and disseminate internal communications, including updates and newsletters.
  • Assist in the hiring and onboarding processes for new team members.
  • Manage inventory by ordering necessary supplies and keeping track of stock levels.
  • Help organize and facilitate practice meetings and events.
  • Oversee payroll processing on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and health and safety standards.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as needed to support the practice's operations.
