About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Planner to join our Real Estate Division, supporting our Commercial Developer and Industrial, Sciences and Technology teams in London.

As a Senior Construction Planner, you will have the opportunity to work with clients to discuss their projects and delivery thereof, and advise them on realistic timeframes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Project Management Commissions
    • Develop plans and programmes to deliver our service and projects, and monitor and report against these, in accordance with defined scopes of duties and T&T systems, mission and values;
    • Support Project Management commissions to achieve safe and efficient outcomes that meet agreed profit and client satisfaction objectives;
  • Provide Planning Support
    • Give appropriate planning advice and direction to project team members & all relevant Stakeholders and produce programme assurance reports on our Client commissions;
    • Apply critical path analysis and assess the impact of change on critical and non-critical activities;
    • Provide specific programme outputs to analyse "Compensation Events", "Early Warning Notices" impacts;
  • Coordinate with Clients and Partners
    • Coordinate between Clients and their Partners', consultants' and contractors' programmes of works and compliance with the Project Programme;
    • Deliver Period Programme Updates and input to project reports;
  • Support the Bidding Team
    • Provide planning support to the bidding team to do all the activities necessary to submit the bidding documentations in time;
Requirements
  • Have a proven track record of delivering projects as a Senior Planner/Project Planner 10 years + experience with a UK based main contractor / project management consultancy;
  • Experience on a variety of projects such as Residential, Commercial, Education, Leisure, Industrial, Health & Retail;
  • Proficient use of Asta Powerproject (Primavera and Microsoft Project an added bonus);
