Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Planner to join our team at Gatwick Airport Limited. As a key member of our Construction team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating complex construction projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage robust delivery schedules with clear targets and understanding of all activities and interfaces that support the successful completion of projects.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including contractors and project managers, engineers and subcontractors regarding the status of projects.
  • Offer technical advice and support to team members about best practices and utilisation of the schedule to support project objectives.
  • Perform schedule monitoring, including identifying critical activities and involvement in risk management and mitigation measures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as Senior Planner on projects with a value typically over £20m.
  • Possession of a relevant qualification or recent demonstrable analytical experience in a STEM/construction related industry.
  • Experience in managing complex projects with Primavera software (P6), MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
