Job Summary

This is an exciting new opportunity for a Graduate Project Manager to join our expanding Project Management Team. As a Project Manager, you will work with high-performing teams who are passionate about using their expertise to find solutions to complex problems in water, environment, infrastructure, defence, energy, and international development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality services and support the delivery of multiple projects for high-profile clients
  • Manage the delivery of projects through the full project lifecycle, including tender and contract preparation, internal governance, and client liaison
  • Assist in the management and delivery of construction projects, including resource management and cost control
  • Facilitate project progress meetings with the project team and implement change control management
  • Support senior staff in delivering business objectives and ensure eligibility for Government Security Clearance
Requirements
  • A minimum 2:1 degree in Project Management or a relevant technical discipline
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) minimum of 5 A* - C, including B Grades in Maths and English
  • Experience in using Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Self-motivated and professional, with a strong business approach
