Job Title: Technical Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Services Manager to join our team at GRAHAM ASSET MANAGEMENT LIMITED. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of maintenance and minor works across our multi-site estate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure service delivery meets and exceeds contract SLAs/KPls
  • Assist with providing quotations for minor project works
  • Manage a team of engineers and plan their workload to maximize efficiency
  • Ensure all planned and reactive repairs are completed on time and to the highest quality
  • Manage minor works through a mixture of supply chain partners and direct staff
  • Ensure contractual obligations and compliance with company procedures
  • Liaise with the helpdesk service and ensure timely and accurate information
  • Organize and arrange the delivery of parts and manage stock levels
  • Integrate with the client's estates team and provide technical advice and assistance
  • Monitor team and subcontractor performance through audits and corrective action
  • Support the business through effective communication, promoting efficiency and innovation
  • Manage the asset management system
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in managing maintenance and minor works on a multi-site estate
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical services with previous experience and/or qualifications
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Sound commercial and administration skills with an understanding of paperwork and timeliness
  • Experience in planning workload and labor resource
  • Sound administration and IT skills with proficient use of Microsoft package
  • Full current UK driver's license
  • Ability to successfully complete non-police personnel vetting
