Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Hexwired Recruitment Limited. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion. You will work closely with our clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop project plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Lead project teams and ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
  • Monitor and report on project progress, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project goals are met

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the electronics or manufacturing industry
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
