Job Title: Product Engineering Director

Location: We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements.

Salary: Up to £65,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Influence Engineering decisions across the full lifecycle and exposure to a broad product and customer portfolio
  • Management and development of an Engineering team, supporting individual career progression
  • Leadership across a multidisciplinary engineering team, tackling complex technical problems
  • Responsible for governance, planning and delivery of the Engineering programme
  • Ensure capability and skills development, performance optimisation & maximisation and efficient use of engineering resources
  • Support to new bids and opportunities by coordinating Engineering estimates and technical proposals

Your Skills and Experience:

  • People leadership and project/programme management experience
  • Technical background with an aptitude for rationalising and solving complex problems
  • Strong internal and external stakeholder management and organisational skills
  • Degree level or equivalent (STEM preferred)
  • Defence experience desirable
