Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Workplace and MS 365 Specialist to enhance the use of productivity and digital tools within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information architecture, storage, retention, site building, and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to colleagues facing issues with digital workplace tools, including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Research and evaluate potential solutions that align with our digital workplace vision.

Governance and Compliance

The successful candidate will work closely with various teams to establish best practices for data governance, compliance, and security. This includes developing an overall governance structure for our intranet and SharePoint platforms.

Training and Communication

The Digital Workplace and MS 365 Specialist will be responsible for conducting training sessions for users and creating user guidance and communication across various media channels, including intranet pages, news items, videos, and live training.

Requirements

  • At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar technical support or digital workplace role.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Technology.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Familiarity with data governance and security best practices.
